We follow Hirofumi Imamura (Hiro), the Chef de Cuisine at Wynn Macau’s Japanese restaurant ‘Okada’, all the way to Tokyo and back in search of that perfect slice of fresh sashimi. Armed with the sharpest collection of blades in Macau, Chef Hiro reveals why the art of Japanese cuisine is also a time perfected craft. With over 10 years’ experience at Japanese restaurants in Japan, New York and Las Vegas, and a long list of accolades, this is one Chef that fully deserves to be called “Hero”.

Chef Hiro is the BEST! His food is not only beautifully presented, but it tastes GREAT, too. If you wish to eat at this restaurant but don't know what to order, you can NEVER go wrong with his degustation menu. I believe he changes it every season, but one thing for sure--He ONLY serves the "best." Also, you can perhaps ask him to specially prepare you a menu. If he agrees, he will surely NOT let you down. Chef Hiro is extremely good at what he does, and he's VERY creative, too. Every time my friends and I go to the restaurant, he prepares us something different. Unless we request to repeat certain dishes, he always amazes us with his creations. Chef Hiro's special touch in each of his dishes will certainly enhance your dining experience and make you feel VERY special. I didn't think Macao had decent Japanese food until I met him. Thank you, chef!
