The Promenade and The Bar at The Dorchester are offering a new menu, giving guests the chance to experience the highest quality white truffles.
As well as a delicious tagliatelle with white truffles, the menu will also include a dish of hand-dived scallops with white truffle risotto, crisp chicken skin and green apples – Henry Brosi’s signature dish, and his own favourite combination of flavours.
