During food festival Copenhagen Cooking, Mads Refslund, one of the founding chefs of restaurant Noma and now executive chef at Acme in New York, is cooking underground in old water cisterns.
During food festival Copenhagen Cooking, which runs from 23 August – 1 September, the whole city will be buzzing with foodie experiences of all kinds. From Nordic tastings, pop-up restaurants, social food events at street kitchens, food trucks and at long tables to Michelin dining and wine- and cocktail tastings.
