Welcome Cocktails: Guests will be greeted with a cocktail created especially for the occasion by Olly Brading, founder of The Cocktail Trading co., Brick Lane. Olly's bespoke offering ‘A Gentian Agreement’ is a delicious and seasonal pear, clove, gentian and neroli spritz.
The Dinner: ‘A Puglian Adventure’ will be created and cooked on the night by award-winning chef, Antonio Sanzone. Currently head chef, View 94, SW London (previously Caffe Caldesi), chef Antonio has selected seasonal ingredients from his native Puglia to conjure a sumptuous three-course menu for guests on the night. A spectacular wine pairing is provided by Winetrust100
All three-courses will be accompanied by wines, entertainment and the evening will include a number of exciting prize giveaways.

All funds raised from the evening will go to Crisis to support their relentless work providing homeless people with the relevant skills they need to enter the workforce and reintegrate into society.

More about Chef, Antonio Sanzone
Currently Head Chef at View 94, SW London, Antonio wowed the judges at the Tatler Magazine Awards 2014 winning best Italian restaurant (whilst head chef Cafe Caldesi), and was a semi-finalist at the San Pellegrino Awards 2015. He is 29 years-old.

Olly is frighteningly creative and entrepreneurial. He is the founder of Cocktail Trading Co. where he designs and pours a cutting-edge menu of cocktails at his 'speakeasy' on Bethnal Green Road.
Cafe From Crisis is a social enterprise designed to transform the lives of homeless people and ex-offenders through training them in hospitality skills serving the public in a live cafe/restaurant setting.
After 12 years, Cafe from Crisis has become the recognised leader in the Food Social Enterprise space and a key advisor for other similar enterprises and start-ups.  
Café from Crisis sees around 50 trainees join its training programme every year with 30 being placed into employment at the end of their training. Since opening in 2004 the Café has supported over 250 trainees into hospitality employment. Trainees have gone on to find full-time work in the industry at companies including Baxterstorey, Adam & Eve Pubs, Pizza Union and Dehesa.
