Chef Tomos Parry is at the top of his game and the Tate Modern. This year's winner of the Young British Foodies Awards is showcasing his talents with a special menu at the sixth-floor restaurant.
 
Stand outs include Parry's Confit and grilled Welsh lamb belly, Quinoa, Yoghurt, barbecued cucumber with mint. For puds try the toasted cornmeal cake, peach curd and brown butter pecan crunch. All courses are served with expertly matched wines from award-winning Sommelier Hamish Anderson.
 
Ask for a river facing table and enjoy unparallelled views over St Paul's Cathedral and the City of London.
 
Every Friday and Saturday evening from 7 November – 6 December Tate Modern Restaurant is offering this menu specifically designed around produce from the winners of this years Young British Foodie competition.
 
The awards ceremony was held at Tate Britain earlier this year and showcases innovators and entrepreneurs from the food and drinks industry.  
 
Three courses including a welcome cocktail and Tate Coffee is priced at £47.50
 
Wine and beer matches chosen by Hamish Anderson will be available at an additional cost.
