First launched in 1994, the annual Singapore Food Festival is a platform that celebrates the heart and soul of Singapore’s gastronomic diversity.
Featuring a colourful plethora of local cuisines that pays tribute to the city-states multi-cultural heritage, the festival provides a unique opportunity for visitors to become acquainted with local food in both a traditional contemporary way.
This year, the Singapore Food Festival will be reliving the best memories of the festival’s 20-year history. Themed “A Walk Down Memory Lane”, the festival will feature an array of dining experiences and cuisines that represent Singapore’s rich food legacy.
The exciting line-up includes opportunities for visitors to sample popular local favourites such as fish head curry, complimentary with a minimum expenditure at five selected restaurants – The Banana Leaf Apolo, Jade of India Restaurant, Anjappar Restaurant, Samy’s Curry and Karu’s Indian Banana Leaf Restaurant.
