Formerly the chef de cuisine at the well-known Restaurant “New York Grill & Bar“ at Park Hyatt Tokyo, Stefan Resch now returns to his roots in Austria and will be responsible for the culinary line of Park Hyatt Vienna, opening in June 2014.
With his years of gastronomy experience – he has worked at the well-known Hotel Swiss Hotel Baur au Lac – Stefan Resch will be looking after a team of thirty chefs.
“The culinary line of the hotel should be in line with the general philosophy of the Park Hyatt brand. We combine Austrian quality, innovative compositions as well as regional authenticity which we implement in all food and beverage outlets of the hotel. In Felix Petrucco and Daniel Schöfisch, I have two very talented colleagues next to me. In close cooperation with our great team of chefs, we will be able to creatively process Austria products and implement our vision accordingly,” says the 35-year old Styrian.
