Airspuma culinary foams: Perfect for the foodie gadgeteer, these aerosol cans come loaded with restaurant-style foams in a range of flavours designed to jazz up both sweet and savoury dishes. They need a jolly good shake, mind- but then deliver a stable cloud of intensely-flavoured froth. The £9.65 price tag may seem hefty- but when you factor in the bill in a Michelin-starred joint and the satisfaction of impressing your friends, these innovative products seem positively bargainous. The full range comprises the Porcini mushroom, Mango and passionfruit, Raspberry, and Vanilla, plus Black truffle- which I reckon packs the most bang for your buck. The makers suggest using them on canapes- but why not be experimental? Try topping soups, cocktails or ice creams- or for the most decadent amongst you, squirted straight from the can!
