London: Apsleys – a Heinz Beck Restaurant’s Holiday 2010 Krug Tasting Menu


Apsleys – a Heinz Beck Restaurant at The Lanesborough, the fastest London establishment to earn a Michelin Star, announces an exclusive collaboration with Krug Champagne, producer of the world’s finest vintage and non-vintage cuvées.  The nine-course Tasting Menu will be available just in time for the holiday season, commencing November 22nd 2010.
 
Apsleys Krug Tasting Menu symbolises The Lanesborough’s commitment to offering bespoke experiences in an unforgettable setting.  The 9-course menu features the finest ingredients, and is comprised of dishes such as scallop carpaccio with pea and artichoke vinaigrette, risotto with oysters and champagne, as well as foie gras with mushroom consommé.  
 
Each course is paired with a with a rare Krug vintage.

Opened in September 2009, in The Lanesborough - London’s iconic hotel, Apsleys - A Heinz Beck Restaurant is the first restaurant outside Italy created by internationally renowned chef, Heinz Beck – holder of 3 Michelin stars at La Pergola in Rome.
