London: Your greens for grub at Cathedral Harvest Swap Shop

On Sunday 26th September 2010, the green fingered amongst us are encouraged to pick and pull our finest crops. Whether it is an allotment potato, a garden bean or a window box berry, simply fill a shoebox with some homegrown goodness and head to London’s landmark Cathedral. In return for your harvest, The Restaurant at St Paul’s will offer you a complimentary traditional Sunday roast, courtesy of head chef Candice Webber. Produce given will then be used in the restaurant’s kitchen with outstanding offerings highlighted on the following week’s menu alongside special thanks to the grower.

The Restaurant at St Paul’s ‘Harvest Swap Shop’ hopes to further nurture an enthusiasm for homegrown ingredients.

To claim your free Sunday lunch, simply fill a shoebox with homegrown fruit and vegetables and present it toThe Restaurant at St Paul’s on Sunday 26th September 2010between 12 noon until 3pm.
