The menu will feature dishes such as Salt cod cannolo with sour cream, caviar and candied lemon and Crisp suckling pig, smoked potatoes and fruit mustard, priced at £60 for four courses.
Throughout this year, Brunello at The Baglioni Hotel has celebrated the finest Italian cooking in a series of very special collaborations with some of Italy’s best chefs and restaurants. The Antonello Colonna experience will be the third guest chef appearance at Brunello, following the hugely successful Enoteca Pinchiorri event in May.
In November, Don Alfonso 1890 restaurant from Sorento will take over Brunello.
