London: SAF Restaurant and Bar Whole Foods Market Kensington opens

The new restaurant and signature cocktail bar will be a major feature of the first floor’s ‘Market Restaurant’ and it will give diners the opportunity to have an intimate dining experience amongst the vibrant store environment.

Saf has led the way in pioneering a new kind of vegetarian dining experience in London. Since its opening in 2008, it has re-invented plant based cuisine and specialises in producing distinctive raw, vegan and vegetarian dishes. Saf Restaurant and Bar at Whole Foods Market Kensington will quickly mark Whole Foods Market out as a destination for anyone who wants to explore seasonally created, fresh and vibrant plant based gastronomy with a finesse that has set Saf apart as London’s premier vegetarian restaurant and bar.
Saf’s award winning botanical cocktail bar will be a major feature of the new space. Ingredients found throughout the store will be featured in the drinks and on show at the new botanical cocktail bar, is as many organic, artisan, fair trade and local spirits and mixers providers as possible.
Saf Restaurant and Bar at Whole Foods Market Kensington will seat 83 diners and will be open from 11:00 a.m. through to 10:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday with reduced hours on Sundays. Saf will also offer a private catering option to customers; a signature ‘Saf- To- Go’ take away range and will host on- going cookery, wine and cocktail making demonstrations and classes for customers.
