London: Whole Foods introduce the ‘Turducken’ sandwich

A meat feast triple decker that would have the Earl of Sandwich grinning in delight.

Whole Foods Market’s ‘Tur – duck- en’ sandwich mirrors the popular roast meat feast of the same name.

To create the legendary ‘Tur – duck- en’ a whole roast chicken is stuffed into a duck which is stuffed in a turkey and slow roasted together at the same time.

The Whole Foods Market ‘Turducken’ sandwich combines these three meats with a sausage and pancetta stuffing and a cranberry and orange sauce. A fresh turkey gravy is dribbled over the top and served in a freshly baked ciabatta. Available throughout the festive season at £4.99 each.
