The Peat Spade, Hampshire’s hidden gem, is celebrating this year’s Hampshire Food Festival with its signature culinary panache. Executive Chef, Chris Mackett, has devised a delicious menu which creatively capitalises on Hampshire’s finest produce to give guests a true taste of the stunning area.
