Chocolate Master's launch at Lainston House Hotel

Posh choc's all the range at the moment- with the new Melt and Artisan Du Chocolat concessions in Selfridges, and Willie Harcourt-Cooze on a mission to turn us all on to intense cacao. Joining the ranks is Mark Tilling, who has teamed up with the Lainston House Hotel in Winchester to launch yet more tempting goodies. He's certainly got the qualifications- Mark is the reigning UK Chocolate Master, and holder of the title for two years running. This new range should stand him in good stead at the World Finals in October- boasting a duo of new blends 5 months in the making. The 44% milk and 68% dark blends are used in innovative sweet-and-savoury dishes at the Lainston's Avenue Restaurant and are also available in bar form.
