Soleá

A great reflection of its West South Beach location, Soleá's menu's packed with relaxed dishes like hot and cold 'meze-style' appetizers, fresh salads, a signature Paella for Two, and a host of local seafood and Mediterranean fresh fish flown in daily. Food by Executive Chef Michael Gilligan and Chef de Cuisine Arturo Artiles is served at communal tables which perfectly capture the social, sharing vibe of the restaurant, as does the lushly landscaped 'outdoor lounge'.
