The Peat Spade serves the best of Hampshire

The Peat Spade, Hampshire’s hidden gem, is celebrating this year’s Hampshire Food Festival with its signature culinary panache. Executive Chef, Chris Mackett, has devised a delicious menu which creatively capitalises on Hampshire’s finest produce to give guests a true taste of the stunning area. Incorporating fish, meat and vegetables from The Peat Spade’s tranquil, rural surroundings Chris has drawn upon his Michelin starred experience to design a locally inspired lunch menu which will be available all week between 6th- 12th July from 12:30pm and 2pm:
