The new restaurant will showcase California-inspired cuisine with Japanese ingredients and a menu featuring reimagined California classics such as Corn Agnollotti with ginger and honshimenji, Japanese Potato & Miso Soup with clams and mitsuba and Sake & Harissa Black Cod with roasted spring onion and black olive. Iconic dishes such as Myers’ Comme Ca Burger will grace the menu, along with American favorites like the BLT with tomato, bacon, lettuce and garlic aioli.
