Guests will also be able to attend an exclusive cooking class with Michel on Friday October 29 at 12 noon.

Michel Portos comes from Marseilles in the south of France.
He learnt to cook in local restaurants, launched his first restaurant, Côté Théâtre in Perpignon in 1998 and was awarded his first Michelin star 3 years later. In 2002, Michel was approached and accepted the offer to become director and chef of the Saint-James Hotel in Bordeaux where he completely re-wrote the menu. Influenced by Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, his dishes surprise and excite with delicately balanced tastes and deft use of herbs and spices. In 2009, his creative and natural talents were recognised with the accolade of a second Michelin star.
